Do you provide accommodation service?
As MedSmyrna, we are a member of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TURSAB). We provide accommodation services with different hotels. You can choose the hotel that suits you.
Can I get interpreter service during my treatment?
We can provide interpreter services upon your request. When you arrive in Turkey, an interpreter who speaks your language will meet you at the airport and advise you during the entire treatment process between 09:00 and 18:00.
Can I talk to the doctor before the treatment?
All patients meet with their doctor before the procedure begins and discuss the details of their treatment before paying, after which the treatment begins.

Health insurance coverage varies by country, hospital, and treatment options. Our professional team will assist you with the coverage of your insurance.

When my treatment is complete, do you organize transfers and flight planning back home?
Upon your request, our team will provide your transfer and flight ticket for your return to your country after your treatment.
